I designed the helmet to be made using 10 oz (4mm) leather, though you can get away with going down to 8 oz and still maintain the structural integrity.
Most of this mask comes to life during the water forming process after it has been stitched together, especially in regard to the rounded acorn shape.
This design is adjustable and fits heads up to 26 inches (66.04 cm) at the circumference, going around your head at the widest point, so it fits most but can be adjusted by changing your printer settings from actual size to larger or smaller to suit.
