I designed the mask to be made using 10 oz (4mm) leather, though you can get away with going down to 8 oz and still maintain the structural integrity.
Most of this mask comes to life during the water forming process after it has been stitched together, especially in regards to the nose and eyebrow ridges.
This design fits faces around 11.5 inches across going from just before your ear to tip of nose to just before the opposite ear, so it fits most but can be adjusted by changing your printer settings from actual size to larger or smaller to suit.
The Letter size download cuts off by the littlest amount at the ear tips, but I didn't want to scale it down compared to the other files, so bare that in mind while cutting the pattern out of paper.
