I designed the mask to be made using 10 oz (4mm) leather, though you can get away with going down to 8 oz and still maintain the structural integrity.
Most of this mask comes to life during the water forming process after it has been stitched together. This mask extends a little past your ears because I didn't like the concept of a rat with human ears, so bear that in mind. The mouth is fixed and does not move.
This design fits faces around 11.5 inches across going from just before your ear to tip of nose to just before the opposite ear, so it fits most but can be adjusted by changing your printer settings from actual size to larger or smaller to suit.
